This property is located on Harrow road which is near the centre of Selly Oak. When entering this property, you will find yourself in a hall way with stairs to the two upstairs floors. This property is on the ground floor so there is no need to walk up and down stairs. Opening the door to this student studio you will be greeted with a comfortable double bed. This can be used for both sleeping and relaxing in the evening. Further into the room you will come across a study area. This is the ideal place to complete university work. Moving on to the next room you will see the snack bar area. Here you can prepare meals for yourself and others in the evening. The kitchen comes fully furnished with cooking facilities and a sink. Finally walking back out of the kitchen you will find a second room that contains your self-contained shower and toilet. This is for your personal use and is not shared with anyone else.

Selly Oak has been a student hotspot for years. Its locality to several local amenities and the University of Birmingham are just a few of the things that draw student to its streets every year. Many students in Selly Oak will find themselves only a moment's walk from the Edgbaston campus of The University of Birmingham. Students can also find themselves surrounded by local shops and supermarkets, takeaways and restaurants and even some open parks and recreational areas.

Local amenities: all students like to be within walking distance from local shops and supermarkets. Harrow Road is ideally placed for this. Two large supermarkets, Aldi and Sainsburys, are well within walking distance of this property and sell a range of products that students would need on a daily and weekly basis. Students can also find some great takeaways and restaurants that are open all week offering a range of different foods. Just a few of these include; Nando’s, Yakinori, Subway, Dominos pizza and the Dilshad Indian. For shorter journeys around the city, the local nxbus is ideal. If you’re looking to travel a little further, then the train is perfect. Trains into the city centre run every ten minuets and from there, you can reach almost anywhere in the country. Prices for the train start at around £2.60 for a single and £2.70 for an off-peak return ticket into New Street station in Birmingham.
