On the first floor is where you will find this student studio. On entering your room, you will witness a neat desk area with shelf space for books, pens, pencils and other items. This is commonly used for not only work but to relax after a long day. Alternatively, there is also a queen-sized double bed that is also visible upon entry of the room. Students will also notice a flat screen tv for their personal use. There will also be two joining doors to this property, the first of which leads to the kitchen area which comes fully equipped for students to cook and clean on a daily basis. Through the second door, students will find the personal shower room which also contains a toilet and a small sink with storage.

This property resides in the Selly Oak area, Near the University of Birmingham. This particular student accommodation resides on Dawlish road which is just off Selly Oak high street. When entering this property, you will find a long hall way with laminated flooring, and a set of stairs leading to the first and second floors. After climbing the stairs you will find yourself on the firs floor, this will be similar to the ground floor in appearance. You will notice three doors, one at the front of the property, one int the middle and one at the rear. The front and rear door give access to personal rooms which are much the same. Both contain a queen-sized double bed for your comfort, along with a smart desk area for studying and a flat screen T.V Which is provided by Unihousing. Both rooms also contain their own shower room area containing a self-contained shower, toilet, sink and some small storage for small items such as toothpaste. These rooms can be locked from both the inside and out to provide privacy if you wish it. The third door seen in the middle of the hallway is the kitchen area. The local area is crammed full of student amenities helping to keep students on their feet all year round. Some of these include some great supermarkets and small local shops which are open 24 hours a day, students can also find some lovely take-aways if they fancy a treat. Finally, there is also some great hangout spots along the high-street where you can grab a nice bite to eat and drink in the evenings.
Specific to this area students can find some great Local amenities. Firstly, and often most important for students are the two large supermarkets, Sainsbury and Aldi, which stock many good a student will require on a weekly basis at university. If Cooking is your thing then maybe one of the local take-aways is more up your street. This property is not on a busy road and is ideal for students. upon entering the property students will head up the stairs to the first floor. Here they will find doors to both their room and a peer both of which can be locked from both the inside and outside. Both living spaces are arranged similarly with a double bed for your comfort, a nice desk area which can be used for further study and learning, and the personal bath room. Each bathroom comes equipped with its own self-contained shower for your personal use. Students will also find a toilet and sink in this room. Finally, this property has a shared kitchen are which is used by both members of the second floor, it comes fully equipped for day to day cooking and cleaning.
