Is living in a shared student house the correct decision for me?

There are some key questions to ask yourself to know if a shared property is right for you:

  1. Do you trust the people you are renting with?
  2. Do you get on well with the people you want to rent a student house with?
  3. Have you agreed on how responsibilities and household tasks will be shared, e.g. cleaning, food, house guests and if utilities are not included in your rent - how the bills will be paid?
  4. If one of you drops out, have you agreed on how the vacancy will be filled – e.g. agree the person leaving must find another tenant prior to vacating the property.

When I move into my shared accommodation, will it be fully furnished?

All of the student properties to rent at Unihousing comes fully furnished. This helps students to have an easier time moving in and out of properties.
