Every property comes with at least one shower room, while the larger properties may come with ensuite bathrooms or more than one washroom.
Moving into a new student property can be stressful, which is why all of of our housing comes fully fitted and furnished with sofas, beds, wardrobes, fridge freezers and washing machines. Inside the kitchen of one of our student houses, you can find an oven, hob and microwave for all your meal preparations. There's also ample storage space for everyone in the property.
The living room really is the hub of student living. All our living rooms include at least one sofa to give you and your friends a space to relax after a day of lectures. You'll have plenty of room to relax, enjoy some drinks, or play a board game with your friends. Some of our houses also come with a rear garden to enjoy summer parties or BBQs.
Gas central heating and double-glazed windows come as standard for all of our student accommodation. Some properties have the added benefit of utility bills being included in the price of rent. These can include gas, electric and water. Other houses include extras, such as inclusive internet or a flat screen TV being provided in each room.

Selly Oak is home to a large population of students attending courses at the University of Birmingham. Because of this, Selly Oak is capable of providing everything that a student could need while living at university. With a selection of supermarkets, shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, including a local pharmacy, you should have everything you need nearby.
Transport is easily accessible in Selly Oak, with many bus routes going through the student
village and into the city centre and neighbouring districts. There is also Selly Oak Train Station, where trains run frequently into and out of the city centre. Don't forget that there are travel discounts available for students.
Birmingham is one of the largest cities in the UK, which means that there is a large number of things to both see and do. The city centre contains the Bullring shopping centre and Grand Central, which house a variety of shops and restaurants. From there, you can easily access Birmingham High Street, and the rest of the city.
