According to a survey by The Property Marketing Strategists, many students are worried about the cost of living increases. When nearly 1,000 students were asked to rank their spending concerns, it was demonstrated that basic requirements such as rent and bills are impacting their day-to-day.

At Unihousing, the rent of our studios is inclusive of bills. This means that your rent will remain the fixed price of your contract regardless of the changes to utilities elsewhere.
